We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before our 3pm cut off.

You should received your order the next working day.

For orders placed after the cut off, delivery will be within two working days.

If you order after our cut off on a Friday or at the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday.

For orders sent with DPD and FedEx, you will receive SMS and/or E-mail notification of your order details, with your tracking number.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, mystery boxes or boxers.

Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.

UK returns are £4.00 and this will be deducted from your refund.

If your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact our team so they can assist you. In this case, your return will be free of charge.

If approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. We endeavour to process returns between 5-7 days from receipt in our warehouse.

You will be notified once we receive and approve your order.

Please note in some cases it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Earn Reward Points through purchases and selected activities, then redeem them for exclusive rewards and money off future orders.

Most reward points are added to your account automatically once you've completed the qualifying activity.

If you've earned points for creating an account, these will be credited after you place your first order.

If you've recently completed an activity and your points haven't appeared straight away, please allow a short time for them to be processed.

Joining Lorenzo Rewards is completely free. Simply create a Lorenzo account and you'll automatically be enrolled in the programme.

Once you're signed up, you can start earning Reward Points through purchases and selected activities, and begin unlocking exclusive rewards.

There are plenty of ways to earn Reward Points. You can collect points by shopping with us, creating an account, signing up to our newsletter, following us on social media, referring friends and celebrating your birthday.

The more you engage with the Lorenzo community, the more Reward Points you'll earn.

Your Reward Points are valid for 12 months from the date they're earned. Any unused Reward Points will automatically expire after one year, so be sure to redeem them before they expire and enjoy your rewards.

Redeeming your Reward Points is simple. Once you've earned enough points, your available rewards will appear in your account.

Points can be used to discount your purchase and earned vouchers will appear in your account to be applied at checkout.

You'll receive your birthday Reward Points on your birthday, as long as you've added your date of birth to your account at least 30 days in advance.

If you add or update your birthday within 30 days of your birthday, your reward will be delayed by 30 days from the date you save your information.

This helps protect the programme from fraud and ensures rewards are issued fairly.

Share Lorenzo with your friends and earn rewards along the way.

Simply send your unique referral link to a friend through your Rewards account. Your friend will receive a reward to use on their first order, and once they place a qualifying order of £50 or more, you'll receive 500 Reward Points as a thank you.
